SALEM NH, January 2019)- Andalusian Property Management, the property management partner of  Century 21 North East, adds a Maintenance Technician with over 40 years of experience to their team. Michael Comeau will now be the “go to” for the property management company as well as Century 21 North East and all of their agents.  

Michael comes to Andalusian Property Management from Seabrook NH. He has general foreman experience and has run his own maintenance business for several years. He has a background in roofing, siding, framing, remodeling, vinyl replacement and repairs, decks, reading blueprints and small electrical and plumbing work. Being in the industry for a long period of time Michael has many contacts with other contractors for larger plumbing and electrical jobs as well as lumber yards.

With an in depth background and many professional connections he will be a highly used asset for both sides of the company.
